Dana is a gentle and attuned creative arts therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and older adults, in schools, disability services and aged-care settings. She supports individuals with diverse needs, including neurodivergence, cognitive and physical disabilities, dementia and emotional regulation challenges, through both group and individual sessions.
Drawing on dramatherapy, visual arts and play-based approaches, Dana helps clients explore feelings and experiences that may be difficult to express in words. Her sessions focus on building emotional regulation, confidence, social connection and self-expression, while fostering enjoyment, agency and wellbeing.
Dana’s therapeutic approach is flexible, responsive and client-centred. She adapts each session to meet the unique needs, strengths and energy of the individuals she works with, creating a safe and empowering space for creative exploration.
Dana has completed her Master of Creative Arts Therapy at the University of Melbourne, following studies in psychology and visual arts. She is committed to supporting emotional wellbeing and improving quality of life through creative, meaningful and accessible therapeutic experiences.
